Default Newby from Oregon

Good day everybody. I recently purchased a 1993 Jaguar XJ6 Vanden Plas for my wife. Very pretty car in excellent condition, for a 20 year old car, heck, for a 5 year old car! 96,000 on her with beautiful British Racing Green paint. Been garaged most of its life and the leather interior shows. The gentleman I purchased it from obviously took great care of this fine machine. Now it's my turn.
I am just shy of 50 and have many years experience as a fleet mechanic and a wildland fire fighter.

Hope everyone is having an enjoyable Easter weekend.
Later...

Welcome to the forum Firewrench,

Congratulations on the XJ6. It sounds like you've found a good one.

Follow Norri's to the XJ40 section for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top there is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Enjoy the forum.
