Hi Guys and Gals,

I just purchased my dream car, one that I have always wanted and finally was able to acquire. It is a 2001 xk8 convertible. I have been lurking and listening to you folks and finding out about the idiosyncrasies of the XK8 which there seems to be loads.

I live in Upstate NY so this will strictly be a summer car and garaged all winter. Haven't decided if it will be a daily driver or strictly a pleasure cruzer.

Thanks for allowing me to join your forum.

Joe
