Hello all. My name is Anthony. I had a 2003 s type 3.0 for several years. This site and everyone on it thank you ever so much for all your help through it’s time with me. On 10/6/17 during my lunch break was t boned and the car was totaled. After a month of driving all over Pennsylvania and neighboring states trying to find my next jag. None were in the kind of cosmetic condition i could live with. Dents scratches torn up steering wheels cracks on the veneers. After almost giving up totally Friday I picked up it up, 2006 Vanden Plas (is it pronounced plah or plus?) 74,000 miles. The condition is great. Posted this initially in wrong area sorry about that

Welcome.

Yep, a T Bone will do that in a heart beat.

Nice pick up on the Vanden Plas (Pla down here).

Good luck with this one.

Welcome to the forum Anthony,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

Sad end to the S-Type but reassuring to see how well they stand up to a T bone. The VdP is pronounced Pla in Europe.

Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...-x350-x358-28/ to the X350 forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the US Northeast Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-northeast-35/

T-boned? Oh, Anthony, I HATE it when that happens!
But congratulations on your new Jaguar!

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.
