Congratulations perfesser! You have a very generous and caring wife there. Glad you thought about joining a forum ('the' forum) the 2nd da of ownership. How's she drive, and be sure to put up some pictures of your new present when you get out from behind the wheel. (sounds like a mod around here..i've been reading too many 'welcome' threads apparently) We all wish we had significant others who gifted as well as yours. The Vanden Plas catches my eye every time I see one.

Thanks guys, It's great to be aboard. New owner of a Jaguar and welcome to it...whats not to love about this day. Just got back from dinner at Outback with wife and son. Part of the reason for the surprise Jag was to get me interested in something, since I retired. So far it's working. Plus, the bonus of having some other guys to tell about it.
