Good afternoon to everyone. I am new to this forum and hope that I can get some much-needed assistance. My brother purchased a 1990 Jaguar XJS many years ago, and at the time, it was unique in that it had a limited factory paint (one of a kind as I understand) and this particular vehicle was used in print advertisement for Jaguar. I don't remember the color off hand (but could certainly find out). My niece is working through my brother's estate since he passed away late last year. I have the VIN # for the vehicle (if interested) and I can tell you that the car was garage-kept and in show condition. He very much enjoyed participating in and showing the car in various local concours events. I am hopeful that someone on this forum can assist me in finding someone who would admire this auto as much as my brother did and continue to show it in concours events. He as a member of the local Jaguar club and whenever possible, participated in local events. As I stated the car is in pristine condition and only has approximately 14k original miles. I look forward to feedback from this group. Thanking you in advance.

Maybe its a Typo, but the XJS ceased production in 1996, with a 4ltr I6, or a 6ltr V12.

Clarification will get you the right answers.

Some news about my brother's autos. He actually has two (2) Jaguars his daughter would like to sell. One is the 1990 I referred to earlier with the one-of-a-kind paint. If you look (and I have) you cannot find a factory paint of Catkin Pearl on this vehicle. Actual mileage is 14,005. This is a 2-Dr. Coupe with 5.3 liter 262 hp V12 engine. The hope is that a car enthusiast who appreciates this vehicle as much as he did would be interested.

He also has a 2004 XJR 4-Dr Sedan with 82,489 miles in Ebony Black. He also kept this in show condition and showed it as well in Concours events. Would greatly appreciate interest or direction.
