Hey guys, I'm new the forum and to Jags. I currently have an 03 CL600, among other cars, and am looking for a change. I love the timeless look of the 98-03 XJ's, just as I loved the looks of the 00-06 CL's.

My goal is mid 10's in the 1/4; and I'm fairly certain the most cost effective way to reach this goal is with an LSx engine and a 4L65E (or 4L80E if it will fit) transmission. I'm not sure which way to go with the rear end yet; but hopefully I can get that figured out in time.

I have a lot of questions before I start this; mostly related to how to retain the majority of the factory Jag functions like power windows, locks, seats, A/C, etc...
