is there anything i can do to get more HP out of my xk8 4.0l motor (reprogramer,chip,bolt on SC) that wont put me out of my home...

Welcome to the forum,

You'll find plenty of advice on XK8 / XKR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum section but the lowest cost way has to be trade it for an XKR.

No, sell it and buy an XKR.

You won't get much more out of the XK8 without moving into a caravan. Aim for an XKR sometime down the road.
