Radio won't work fuse is fine. Help!?!
Drove under tree branch doing under 5 mph and antenna hit branch. Then antenna went down. Lost power to radio. Checked all fuses and none are blown. Up for suggestions on what to check now. Help!?!
Hi Voss91si,
That's a strange combination of events as they are separately fused. The radio/cassette fuse is No 9 in the rear compartment LH heelboard fusebox whereas the aerial is fuse No 9 in the Luggage Compartment fusebox.
There's a secondary fuse for the audio system at fuse No 3 in the Luggage Compartment fusebox so you should also check that one.
If that doesn't locate the issue, follow this link Follow this link XJ ( X308 ) XJ8 / XJR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the X308 section for help, advice and information.
Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User ID button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
