Recharging Jaguar S type 1999 AC
Hello guys
I have a Jaguar S type 4.0 1999 model
The manual says to recharge AC only from the high side port
Have tried the low side and freon doesn't last long
Anyone with insight on this?

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.
That's one job where I prefer to use a specialist. Drain the system down, pressure test for leaks and then recharge with the correct ratio of refrigerant and PAG oil. However, a number of members do it themselves and you will find threads in the model forum.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
