I joined in 2020, got my first post in and then had to step away for a few years. Back now and getting to work on my 2005 XKR which has been resting in my garage for the last 3 years.
Only 30,000 miles so not too many issues. Leaks from the top of the windshield (something odd happened to it as it appears to have repaint around windshield but no sign of repair when I removed overhead console to repair broken mounting bracket... another clue). Also leaks from behind dash at passenger floor. Only driving on dry days for now, which are not the norm in Oregon.
Currently looking for local service options.

Glad to be back!

Welcome back,

I'd probably feel at home in Oregon. We've not had a completely rain-free day this year in my part of England.

The wet passenger floor could be from a blocked AC drain rather than coming in through the glass bonding. This is a regular issue.

Default Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. I suspect your right about the blocked AC drain. I'll check that first. The windshield leak is certain as I can see dripping inside at the upper driver side. Something happened to this car at some point, just can't figure out what. I'll have the windshield pulled and resealed. I'll probably see the problem when it's out and I can look at that area for signs of repair.

Best,

Jeff
