Default Rick in Capo Beach Ca

I Have always been a Jaguar enthusiast since my first Jaguar a 1956 XK 140 Roadster. I traded my Competition Orange, Hirsch conversion 1956 Chevy for that car. I was just 18 and damn I loved that car. Got married latter that next year and the car needed a complete valve job according to the British Mechanics at the then Long Beach Jaguar dealer. I couldn't afford the $1500 they wanted to repair it so was forced to trade it . My wife wanted a new VW so guess what I ended up with? That VW was $1700 brand new. I had to trade in the Jag. They gave me $250. Now if that doesn't make you sick nothing will.
Recently I purchased a 2003 Jaguar S Type with 33,000 original miles ant it is a beauty. Everything seems perfect. I have Just one question and if allowed I will post. Glad to be part of the Forum . Rick
