Default scrubbing wheels

Hi everyone, i am hoping some one can help me, i have a jag 2.1 v6 sport and i have just bought it. i put 12 months test on it and it needed 2 new front tyres which i had put on but every time i go round a corner or even brake round a corner the tyres are catching on something ? has anyone got any ideas what it could be. hopefully nothing to serious ??
