Firstly I am a serial car buyer. Well over 40 and counting. Had pretty well everything from TVR (four of them), Mercedes AMG (various), Porsche (various including 3.6 turbo 964 and GT2), and more whacky stuff like Noble M400.

Just got rid of a V8 Vantage Roadster, which was lovely, but gearbox was a bit of a pig. Now finally decided I must try a Jag XKR. Bought a 2011 5.0 version with aero and black pack in spectrum blue.

First impressions are great ride, but a bit quiet (easily solved)
