Signing on
Hi, a long term Jaguar fan ever since swooning over the 68 XJ6 as a very car-aware 8 year old, now joining the forum!
Currently running a 2009 XF3.0diesel S Portfolio (a superb vehicle), and a 2003 XKR Convertible (with 127,000 miles up, it looks and drives like half that mileage). My wife has had 3 X Type diesels (an SE and 2 Sports Premiums), and only gone into an Evoque recently due to the lack of a Jag successor.
I also own the oldest established XK120,140,150 Parts Specialist business, which trades worldwide, Coventry Auto Components

Thanks for the warm welcome guys!
In the meantime, through a bit of browsing, I've discovered my 2003 XKR is actually a limited edition XKR400 model, one of only 40 built for the UK market only. And I thought I knew my Jags....
I seem to have thing about rare cars - the XKR shares a garage with one of just 197 built '76 Vauxhall 'Droopsnoot' Sportshatches, a classic Mini Cooper S first owned by John Cooper himself, and a 2004 MG ZT 190 that was the promotional car given to Phil Tufnell (an English ex-cricketer turned TV personality).
