UK newbie
Hello to you all.
My name is Wayne and I have just aquired my first Jaguar. Its a white XK8 from 1997.
The previous owner purchased it new and it has covered 42K miles.
I have found it has a few niggles to work through and I have been reading the excellent advise and tips on this forum.
Please excuse me if I make any cockups as I use the forum going forward.

It sounds like you've already found your model forum but if not, follow this link XK8 / XKR ( X100 ) - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the XK8/XKR forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Congratulations on your First Jaguar!
At 42,000 miles it's not even hardly broken in yet. You should easily get another 100,000 miles from it.
