worried s-type owner!

]my s-type wont start.....might just be the cold weater,....turns over, just wont fire,...seems like its a random thing, only happened once during the fall, now its cold itsFAR more frequent,.......its a 2000 3.0. ....i love my car its a real dream to be in, ....to quote freddy mercury, "i,m just a poor boy,"...........no money for dealers, any clues?....cheers, gary, nc. usa.
