Hi all, I’ve just joined your forum and would like some help, I have a 2003 x type and the remote will no longer work. It began a while ago and it paired just fine, it happened again after a while and paired again ok, this became more frequent until now when it no longer lairs at all, any ideas?

Losing pairing is usually because of a failing remote battery. Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x-type-x400-14/ to the X-Type forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues.

Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
