Default XKR in PA

Greetings!

I have been a Jaguar fan for a long time, and finally scored a 2000 XKR that was in need of engine work. After negotiating a ridiculous low price and towing it from its resting place in Willkes-Barre, PA, it is now going through major exploratory surgery to see what is wrong.

Recently retired from the financial services industry, I now have time to work with my hands again on some fun projects Having worked on cars since my early teens, racing Formula Ford in the 80's, and owning a number of sports cars, including Fiats, Alfas, and most recently a Porsche 914, I now get to move up to a true world class motor.

Outside of cars, I keep busy training and racing Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons, and adding to my bicycle collection. I have waaaay too many; ask my wife.

Cheers!

TC

Welcome to the forum TC,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

Follow Norri's link in post #3 to the XK8/XKR forum for help, advice and information.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Enjoy the forums.

Welcome. One thing I didn't understand in your post - how can you have too many bicycles?
