Hi. Just joint the forum. Tomorrow i will pick up my first Jaguar. I used to drive a Triumph convertible for almost 20 years. I sold it two month back. I told my wife i missing the old girl. She didn't like that car at al and said, what can we buy to replace her and it must be fancy. I mentioned a XJS. When she saw it at a classic car show she said NO. It's ugly. Than she said what kind of Jaguar and convertible are there. I showed her the XKR. And here we are. A 2000 model with 90.000km and in BRG and Magnolia hide.

 

I agree with your wife, Ron, most XJS (with the exception of ONE) ARE ugly. But the XKR, now There you have beauty, form and function, all in one Very neat package. Ya done good! LOL
