Cool

G'Day Tamer,

While I can't give specifics, be wary of "Jag Specialists" that want to use original parts to refit those bushes. I also have an '01 S Type that was completely devoid of rear bushes, and the local mob "Trinity Jaguar" wanted $AUD10k to refit.

I found an MGB expert that did the same job for $AUD 1,600 all up, and the unit runs like a new unit nowadays. The bushes he fitted were off-make, but guaranteed for 5 years...which does me nicely.

Shop around...not just for Jag experts specifically, but old-time/Brit mechanics, and they'll normally do the job for a damn sight less than some "professional-you-own-a-Jag-ergo-you-have-money" merchant who is chasing the almighty dollar..whether it be a Kiwi $, or an OZ $..it's still hard to come by nowadays.

Cheers mate, and good luck.

Rick,

I have been purchasing parts from a good UK supplier for a number of years and thought might as well help other Jaguar owners as well.

Have a trade discount from supplier and low overheads here, so parts are reasonably priced. (GST registered as well). Can get original equipment or aftermarket parts.

Check my facebook page for details: facebook.com/rghjaguarparts

Will be posting some tips on repairing items. ie heater/AC control modual if your solenoids that control the water valves have failed and damaged the circuit board.
