As the title says, i hate tripod part shopping, i have the manfrotto 055 cxpro4 carbon fiber, no head, i need a ball head, base plate, and camera plate for nikon d7000.

any recommendations, i dont want a grenade (BH-55), but i want something that will fit the camera and and the tripod, any ideas, price is about 100-350.

I've been using this one's larger brother for the past 4 years & it's taken a beating well. So far it's outlasted the old Manfrotto 488 that disintegrated on me. Giottos makes some good stuff and a major plus is the fact the extra plates pretty cheap.
