FS[SouthWest]: 2000 S-Type V8 - SOLD
Selling my wife's S-Type. My wife just inherited her recently passed father's Lincoln LS and I just don't have room for three cars. It runs beautifully. I recently replaced all the spark plugs and coils. New tires and brakes at 90k miles. I replaced the rotors when the brakes were done instead of machining. Replaced brake fluid at 98k miles. Air conditioning is ice cold. Car currently has 101,500 miles.
There are a couple small issues. As it is 15 years old and has lived in the desert, it has clearcoat damage on the back bumper. The headlights have some hazing and the odometer counts correctly, but doesn't always illuminate.
Starting with an asking price of $3,750. Price is negotiable and for obvious reasons as Jaguar repair costs I'd much prefer it to go to an enthusiast that turns wrenches themselves. We all know Jaguars are rarely cheap to maintain and servicing myself has always been a labor of love.
I honestly will miss this car. I drove it for two months before I got my XJ back when it broke down. I took it for a drive today and the engine is even smoother than I remembered.
If interested, please PM me and I'll supply my phone number. The car is located in the southwest Las Vegas, NV valley. Thanks!

The seatbelt isn't frayed, it's lint from a fleece blanket we used to protect the seat when using a baby seat.

The next two pictures show the peeling clearcoat.
