I have an 04 S-type 4.2L with the ZF6HP26 and the plastic pan. Been a little concerned about occasional (twice) gearbox fault alarm and abrupt 1-2 shift at light throttle. Had it into Jag and they said the fluid was pretty dark but otherwise normal. Thought a fluid change might do the trick. I live in Cloverdale and am interested in your filter/pan and fluid.
