JLR IDS v118.5
I have one of those Mongoose cables and I can't seem to make it work with my 1996 XJS with the 4.0 AJ16.
I have IDS versions 130, 132 and 134. v134 allowed me to pull ABS codes, but not interact with the engine. P codes are not being read, and I can't seem to set my throttle pot. Oddly enough I can test the oxygen sensors...
I read somewhere that v118.5 works. I would be happy to purchase the software, but I'd love to see if it works first.
Does anyone have a version of 118, or know of something that might work? I'd be happy to trade one of my versions perhaps?
