My 99 XK8 trans was banging into 1st gear, and I was told this might solve the problem. It was remanufactured by RevMax, and cost me almost $650, including taxes. It did not solve my problem, so I removed it after about an hour of run time. It is heavy, so shipping UPS will probably run over $30, unless you want to pick it up at my house. I will inform you of shipping before giving you a price, once I have your address and zip. I live in Hobart, Indiana, about 25 minutes from Chicago. I ended up replacing my trans twice, with transmissions from yards. Replacing the ZF5HP24 trans, on your back, with the car on jack stands is brutal business, because you need an appliance to hold the trans in place on a professional floor jack. The trans is much heavier than an American trans, and very off balance. At the time, it was worth the risk of buying and replacing the valve body, instead of working by myself, replacing the trans. I am selling it for $400, and you could probably do the same, if it doesn't work out for you. Since this is a private sale, there are no returns. I am just trying to get a little back from my investment. I do not lie, so you can believe what I write.
