Hey every, so I sold my 04 xj8.... And put the 2000 vdp back on the road. Well then then 24 hrs later the car was wrecked
A livery luncoln took a uturn right into the car as my dad was driving.

Well the car was totaled by the other insurance company, so now its for sale.

It has 133,000 miles and has been owned by my dad since 03 I think then I took it just 2 weeks ago and the worst happened.

First gear is gone on the tranny. And it DOES lot drive I move it from side to side of the street to comply with street cleaning regulations. The interior imo is mint. Engine is excellent, I mean excellent starts first time everytime. It can also be repaired but I am not even goong to attempt to I want a black xjr this time around. Heres the pics


















$1000 picked up OBO, car is costijg me $40 a month for insurance so Id like to sell it off before I donate it to the needy.

Yea its very upsetting. BRG VDP...

I live in a building, if I had a house with a driveway or a yard I wouldn't even try and sell it...

Anyhow lets sell this thing.

Thanks. Once I unload this, and IF I get any money from insurance I'm going to look for a 2000 or so XJR. The VDP is nice and all but I think my dad would prefer an XJR this time around. If not I'll just lease a cheap car.


Any offers before I tear her down ? I mean it has lots of good parts. Engine doesnt burn or have that tensioner problem. Throttle body is good, interior is MINT.

 

Ohh and I do have the matching 4th rim with no damage, just the tire blew hence the spare. $1000 OBO is a steal imo just make an offer.
