Default WANTED - Audio Control Module (ACM) for X-Type

Hi,

I've got a 2008 model X-Type (updated) that has the standard CD/CDC/Radio system (i.e.: no sat nav).

Bit sick of not being able to use my iPod, so I'm after the ACM is anyone has one available.

Thanks

Jaguar dealers should now sell them. I got one 2 months ago in the UK. £420 for the part and £200 to fit. Not cheap! Works very well. Couple of useful points. My Ipod needed resetting ( wipes everything) before it would work. USB memory seems to differ. Sandisk cruzer usb memory sticks seem to work best. When you start up the car they resumes playing from previous point. Found with some other memory it comes up with a message saying no magazine. Need to detach it and reinsert when it will then start playing from previous point. Although instructions say up to 4GB memory sticks 16GB seem to work ok.
