quick rear seat removal

It was along time ago and on a 2005 MY, but this may help.
There are 2 tangs (one on each side) of the lower rear seat cushion. Slide the tangs and remove lower seat cushion.
The side bolsters are next, one tang (on each) towards the upper portion inbetween the bolster and backrest cushion. Slide tang to unlock, slide bolster up.
This will expose the backrest bolts for removal.
I hope this helps, but again I did this to our 2005 MY.

Generally you can use the boot (trunk) release button by the steering wheel or the button on the boot lid, then just grab your keys...
BTW, the cars are sold with 2 sets of keys (minimum).
