03 str headlight bulbs

is there a good bulb that anyone recomends to upgrade the factory hid in these cars? also is it hard to change out? does bumper need to be removed??? any links to a how to??

Just fit the OE ones, which I believe are 4300K D2S. If they don't seem right you probably have a fault such as the drooping headlight one.
