03 STR "R" badge replacement

03 STR "R" badge replacement
I have a replacement R badge for the front right hand guard below the side flasher.
How do I remove the existing badge & how do I best fit the replacement - it looks like a self stick badge?

Fishing line to get get the old one off.....the peel and clean the area....
Then 3M Double face tape.....Peel and stick....done....

Yup they are basically stickers...heat them up with a hairdryer to get all the adhesive off. I replaced mine with the new style R badges.

Ya they made quite the difference, could be I just like change, but I think they are easier on the eyes than the original blocks...
