Hello , considering the Mina 1.5 pulley upgrade and was just wondering which tool everyone uses to remove the stock pulley, I have seen several different versions . What is the best tool to remove the old pulley without removing anything on engine? Anyone have a how to or write up on pulley removal? Thanks in advance.

 

Check this out...ebay item 111012917177...i bought one...engineered great..have not used it yet, but i am really impressed with it and the manufacturer support....have to remove rad tank, thermo housing and xover head to head cooling pipe and supercharger air inlet....then good to go...also installs new one....the only thing i will do extra, is heat the pulley at 450 degrees in an oven for an hour to make it easier install

 

I have always read, 4" grinder with a diamond blade. Use bath towels to cover engine, components and anything else that will get sprayed by sparks! Takes only couple minutes. Then as mentioned heat new pulley in oven, slide it on.
