06 STR plasti dip wheels w/pics
ok, so i decided to plasti-dip my wheels ansd mirrors and paint my calipers....i consider this to be temporary because i plan on having a local shop fix some curb rash and paint them... it does however let me check out how it will look for very little money.....i think it turned out quite nice and definitely the sporty look im going for....no Grey Poupon for me ; )

sorry pics are a little dark, but you get the idea...

Hot Damn!!!!!
Looks awesome! The 05+ wheels are just that much nicer compared to the 03/04, and perhaps even look nicer than many 2014 wheels!
How many cans of clear did you use? 4? I like the center caps and how it matches the calipers and your paint. Really updates the whole look of the car, I am sure many people will think you are driving a 2014 jag. I think the best way to do it is to take the wheels off, much cleaner and easier.

well i would use the index card method instead of over spraying tire, it does peel off but not easy around the raised letters. plasti dip goes on pretty smooth for anyone i think, pretty easy to get a nice finish....i did 2 wheels at a time, so it went pretty quick i hit the calipers then the wheels so there wasent much down time between coats....
I wish I had those wheels compared to Zeus wheels. Looks great. I have similar setup on my Jag. Attachment 84990 8499
