Default 2001 S-type 3.0 man Clutch replacment and other issues, please help

Hi Guys, any help with these issues would be greatfully appreciated.

Ive just bought a 2001 3.0 manual S-Type and absolutely love it, but it needs a bit of TLC. Due to the value of the car im looking to do these repairs myself, so really looking for a bit of advice before breaking out the spanners.

Can anyone on here give me any pointers for replacig the clutch? Im assuming its a matter of removing the prop shaft and gearbox? From what ive read people recomend replacing the fly wheel as well, the car has only done 90k miles, so i was hoping not to do this?

There is a squeak coming from the serpantine belt, I dont think the belt is slipping, i thought it might be a baring, but a jag specialist has told me that its a rubber on the crank pulley, has anyone come across this? Any pearls of wisdom please?

There is a DTC warning on the dash, this has been traced to no signil being received from from the two sensors on the servo, apparently it only controls the steer braking. It doesnt seem to affect the drivability of the car, but id like to get it sorted. Has anyone come across this?

Any help on any of these points would be appreciated, thanks.
