Maybe 15 months ago, I posted here a starting problem where it would crank, crank, crank and not fire at all. No warning lights. Nothing. Repeated tows to dealer, where after it came off the truck,,,, it cranked?? Happened 3 times?
It was a fuel pump (hope and pray). Pass on to others with such a mystery problem. Just 40K miles over 11 years. I am just surprised that the sophisticated diagnostics onboard would not report, "Hey, your fuel pump is busted".
, at least for now.

Maybe it did report it but did anyone read the internal code? What jag-specific tool was used?
