Hello

Im having bit of problem with my car.

Previously it had a problem of engine lose in low speed and goes into safe mode to shutdown aircon.
Now it has new problem that without pushing pedal it accelerates upto 2000rpm by it self. When it starts to happen, my temp gauge goes down and rpm climbs up. On the freeway i had to throw it to neutral and it climbed upto 3000rpm. It seems like lose connection since it doesnt do that all the time. Where can i chk to solve this problem? Im in manila philippines and most mechanics here will just break the car more....not fixing. I rather try to solve it my self.
Plz give me some advises....thanks

I took a video of dash when it acts up. I can email it over if necessary.

I think you'll need an OBD tool with live data and hope you can get clues. Also, it will read codes.

Yes...i showed video of it and he is saying that ecu is falling apart. Previously this vehicle had a history of ecu repair due to wrong spark plus melted ignition coil pack wires.

Im in philippines and not many people knows about this car. Will it work if i buy an ecu and plug it in? Or needs programming to be inserted to the vehicle?

You can't do that. You would need a (very very expensive) unprogrammed one.

You need to undo whatever some idiot did or perhaps scrap the car - sorry to say it.
