Making a trip to junk yard for interior parts, i.e center console, panel under steering wheel, etc. From what I found, I can only use 2000-2001-2002 s type parts. Can I use any other years or model i.e X type.

Doubt it (but there could be some small part where you could).

 

Check out Craigslist in your area. Junk yards tend to attract people that pry plastic parts with screwdrivers rather than carefully removing them, unless removed by the business manager. Plenty of S-Type part outs around, often with mint interiors.
