I looked thru as many threads as I could but didn't find my problem. I had my AC compressor and evaporator replaced. It was very cool for about 20 days but the AC would cut out after about 15 mins on the freeway and recover after about 10 more min.
Now the AC only works at 2500 RPM and is not great even at that. It doesn't seem to work at all when on surface streets or at a stop sign.
The shop now is hinting at the climate control module but I have spent $2500 on previous repair.
Is there a diagnostic?

Search for climate control repair. If you module is bad it can be repaired for much less than $2500.

Just a heads up; The early cars don't seem to have this problem so I would look at something else first. Has the DCCV been replaced?

To get much help you will need to get deep into the A/C system and post pressures and such. Otherwise you will need to follow what your shop recommends?

Did they put in a new compressor?

There was a TSB which may help but shouldn't apply to a new unit which wll not have this valve. You can check easily by looking to see if the oval cover plate is on the end of your compressor.
