Default 2002 JAG S-Type 4L starts missing at 60mph.

2002 Jaguar S-Type 4L 8Cylinder starts missing at and above 60mph. I changed spark plugs, ignition coils, cam sensor and still it misses at and above 60mph. Any suggestions or similar experiences. Please help.

If your vehicle does indeed have the AJ28 4.0 litre engine, you should check the secondary timing chain tensioners to determine if they have been replaced with the later version.

What is the number of kilometres/miles on the vehicle?

And as previously asked: are there any DTCs stored in the system?

It has about 160,000 miles.
Diagnostic check showed bad cam sensor which has been replaced.
Would the secondary timing chain tensioners have this kind of effect?
