I had work done on my s type sport with the 4 litre... The battery was unplugged for about an hour.. The shop doesn't have the jag software to reset the computer... Now the car since hooking the battery up idles hi when ur in gear and step on the gas and it doesn't go down for a few seconds... I've been told it takes a while for the car to resync and run properly? Any suggestions? Have checked all electrical and vacume lines and the car runs great, just the strange idle problem while driving
