I've got a 2002 s type jag, and it was sitting for two years, I just bought it. It won't start. I changed the fuel pump, blew out all the lines and fuel filter, drained the gas that was in it and replaced with premium gas and the fuel pump comes on when I turn the key, but it is not getting gas to the engine. Checked the inertia switch and now I am stumped. What am I missing?

 

Push the accelerator pedal to the floor while cranking. Are you sure the fuel filter is pointing in the right direction and all connectors to the fuel pump are fully seated.
