2003 3.0 v6 OBD codes and O2 sensor melted on
P1532
Pending Variable induction system 2 low/high input./intake manifold communication control B: circuit malfunction
P1549
Pending Variable induction system 1 low/high input./intake manifold communication control A: circuit malfunction
P1647
Pending Heated oxygen sensor control unit. Bank 2 open/shorted
Pulled these codes so I ordered the o2 sensor for now. Only thing is I cannot disconnect the plastic clip which melted/fused together. Can I splice the wires?

Why not get an original Ford pigtail connector and do the job properly? The pigtail catalog can be found here and is set up by the number of connectors present in the connector:

With a heated oxygen sensor, it is certainly possible to get the wires "backwards" (Mixing the power feed wires with the sensor wires) with potentially unpleasant results.
If the connector is still melted together, then you can take pics and makes notes as to what goes to what, assuming that the oxygen sensor is OE Jaguar. If aftermarket, the color codes may differ...
