Hi! I have a 2003 S Type R with an oil leak but I'm trying to figure out where its coming from and if its Engine or Transmission oil? Would someone be able to tell based on these pictures? Thank you!

I had the exact same thing happen. Its the transmission cooler hoses that are attached to those pipes. Check out my post -> https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...h-tips-215808/

Agree with wydopn....i had the same leak also...2006 str...does the oil travel down the tubes and come to rest at the plastic brace...you can pop that brace off with a screwdriver...it comes apart in two halves....you might gat lucky and find a wearthrough there and have a fairly easy fix

Yes also check where the rubber and steel lines meet. It's very common for these connection to start weeping fluid.
You can replace the lines or the connection or live with it.
It's a very small leak and unlikely to get any larger but it won't go away either!
