2003 STR Blown head gasket need help

Hi everyone, i'm new to this forum and the Jag Family. I wasn't sure where to post this so I posted it here and in the s-type area also. I just purchased a 2003 Jag STR with a blown head gasket on the driver side. has anyone had this problem, and can it be changed without removing the complete engine? Also anyone know how to rebuild the supercharger or where I can get it rebuilt?

Also any performance upgrades you guys can reccomend during this repair.

pull both heads. have the heads ported, and performance valve job done.
