2004 STR fog light replacement

Question 2004 STR fog light replacement
Can anyone tell me how to change the fog light bulb? I have tried taking off the plastic covering on the lower grill to see if I could figure it out, but with no success.

the easiest way to access the fog light is to take off the lower plastic protection under the front bumper
Few screws and bolts (easy job with the car lifted)
This way you will have the fog light rear part free to work
