Default 2005 S Type 3.0 Limp Mode issue

My car goes into limp mode when driving in start and start situations. Or after driving on the highway for a while and then I put on the brake or decelerate for any reason. Codes read that I needed a new Accelerator Pedal Sensor and a IMT valve. Did that. Car was okay for 2 weeks but limped again last night.
Mechanic also mentioned that we may need a new Throttle position sensor. Is it possible to reset the throttle position sensor?
What else is the normal cause of this limping?
I'm also going to have the battery checked to make sure it's 100%.
Thanks!

One of the most common causes of limp mode in these S-Types is from moisture getting into the throttle body. Check to ensure that your throttle body hoses are all tightly secure....

Post the actual codes! Many times people (even mechanics) look them up wrong from the numbers or don't really know what to replace.
