Exclamation 2005 S Type R oil cooler line

Can anyone give me some ideas of what exactly I'm looking for? Mechanic says this is the part he needs but its been discontinued or something. Any thoughts?

Very common problem and what I did was to cut the leaking metal ferrules off and replaced the rubber hose. Used two hose clamps on the hose to the original Aluminum piping.
Here is a quick search that has other methods too?

If the fittings at each end are in good shape, any shop that rebuilds hydraulic hoses for aircraft or heavy equipment should rebuild the hose assembly, easy-peasy.

These folks say to bring the hose in and let them have a look at it:
