looking to replace battery has anyone had results from the Optima?
looking for newer recommendations, as i don't want to be buying new ones every yr.

You want a plain lead acid, usually they last 8+ years if of suitable spec and you either do decent miles fairly often or use a battery maintainer - ctek/etc.

Battery issue
thank you for the info, this is not a daily driver, more of a weekend fun ride. I am going to get a maintainer and have been doing some research on the CTEK which seems to have the less problems.
