Default 2006 s type sport 3.0 140km cold start issues

Good morning everyone.
Ok - here is my issue...and I searched but cannot seem to find anything....When the weather gets around 0c....after the car sits over night...she will start....than stall.....in order to get it started I have to push on the gas when it first starts to kick in for a moment....and rev it up...then it will be ok....
Now...if the weather is around 5c....or30c....no issue at all....car starts on a dime. No check engine light.
It is not having a hard time cranking at all....just don't wanna kick in....

Things that have been done to the car.

imt rings
o2 sensors
air filter rencently
fuel filter recently
oil change every 5000km
mass airflow sens
tor converter
rear diff kit
trans flush (cause of new tor converter installation)
new pan filter cause the black thing was seeping.....
collant res
new windscreen cause old one over heated
the water valve
servo flaps and motors
roof console cause bulbs were flashing on and off

grand total of over 19k in warranty work.....Easy Care was wonderful to deal with.

I always use Shell Vpower 91 ethanol free fuel. This issue has been going on since last year....cannot solve it....had it to dealer...they cannot solve it....
Have a great day everyone.

Get an OBD tool with live data and look at LTFT (see my sig) each bank, parked, as it warms up, then at idle & 2500rpm. If you've an air leak you'll see it.

Use it to check for codes, including pending codes, too.

JagV8, will an airleak give trouble starting when cold, but not at warmer temps then?

Depends on the leak. And whether it IS a leak. Fuel trims can show other things but main reason for checking them is that leaks are rather common as well as easily diagnosed via LTFTs.

My 2001 S-Type 3.0 is doing the same thing you described, have you found a fix?

I have parts on the way for a spark plug & intake service as a dirty MAF sensor or fouled spark plugs can cause related issues. I was thinking something in the cold start system, but MAF seems to be mentioned a lot in my search for information on this.

Related to the MAF sensor, you said you replaced the air filter? Did you happen to use an oiled filter (K&N)?

Hold it. Your car is much earlier and has some common faults the later ones don't suffer.

Not likely to be plugs, but change if you like / they're due.

Look for posts about
hose elbow
perish
intake manifold

Failing that, may be coil(s) - but get OBD live data. Cheaper.
