4.0 oil consumtion

This car has all the signs of crankcase over pressurization. Every seal and gasket is leaking. What and where is the valve to create a vacuum on the crankcase? PCV?

This model is not supercharged
I have never been into one ofthese motors nor do I want to. Is there a valve that needs cleaned or replaced?
