Can I swap my 4.2 throttle body internals(plug, motor, and tps) into a 5.0 throttle body without having to tune the ecu?

I know the bolt pattern don’t match it , just trying to find the easiest cheapest solution to get a bigger throttle body for a new upcoming project I’m about to start.
